Jeremy Watson - The Creator

Jeremy is passionate about ensuring everyone he deals with experiences a unique and pleasant real estate interaction.

His approach is born of a long career in various kinds of retailing and building client relationships. He has fresh ideas on how that experience fits within real estate’s rapidly changing environment.

Jeremy loves that real estate gives you time to network, something he was born to do. ‘You’re doing that all the time, whether you’re on the side-line of a sports game or at a school function. Everybody asks you what you do, and when you tell them they often say, ‘I must remember that, because I’ve got a friend who’s thinking of selling their house”.

Since the end of 2022 Jeremy and Anu Bhatnagar have joined forces and are proving to be a force to be reckoned with. They are a dynamic team and complement each other well both with strong family and community morals and ethics with their day-to-day main focus on customer service and giving their best to each and every client they deal with, whether you’re a buyer, a vendor or you just have a general real estate query.

Being innovative the duo has embraced the creative and extremely professional use of video in their business to promote both properties and what they have to offer to a wide range of clients and customers.

Together, Anu and Jeremy are pleased to be able to utilise the strength and reach of the Bayleys brand, its core family values, along with true national and international reach to always get the best for their clients.

Anu Bhatnagar - The Negotiator

My journey in New Zealand began in 2009 when I decided to pursue a post graduate diploma (Level 8) in Hospitality at PIHMS. I always thought I’d complete the course then work in a hotel somewhere in New Zealand. I never thought I would fall in love with New Plymouth so much that I’d feel at home or meet my wife here. New Plymouth is such a wonderful place that I call it a “city of opportunities”.

After graduating from PIHMS I worked as a restaurant manager at Arborio for over three years. It gave me the privilege of learning lots about various cultures and mixes of people this region possesses. Due to my motivation and love for challenges, I decided to open my own business in 2014 at Centre City shopping centre called “Beirut Kebabs & Salads”. The business was a great success and the amount of love and support I received from the community was overwhelming. We were also awarded as finalists in the TSB TOP shop award 2016. Despite owning my own business at the age of 29, I still felt as though something was missing in my life and I wanted to achieve more, that’s how my career in real estate started.

I am here to exceed and achieve my client expectations. Giving a great service in food lasts for a short period of time whereas selling houses is an achievement which creates long lasting memories for years to come. I’m not just “selling houses”, I’m helping to create homes.
